Our birthday party package blends dance, music, and celebration into one easy, all-in-one experience for families.

🎁 WHAT’S INCLUDED

  • 2-Hour Private Studio Rental

    • 45 -60 Minute guided dance class led by a Get Down instructor

    • 1 Hour for food, cake, and celebration (families provide food, drinks, and cake)

  • Up to 15 kids included

    • $18 per additional child (up to 20 kids total)

    • Adult guests are welcome during the celebration portion. We recommend a total of 15–20 adults for comfort.

  • Tables provided for food and setup

  • Fun, age-appropriate music and games

  • A welcoming instructor to keep the energy flowing

💃 THE EXPERIENCE

We kick off the party with a fun, beginner-friendly dance class where everyone learns a short routine together. After that, guests can relax, eat, celebrate, and enjoy time together in a private studio space.

No dance experience needed—just bring your crew and get ready to move!

📅 BOOKING & AVAILABILITY

Space is limited and dates book quickly. Advance booking is recommended.

Deposit: To reserve your party date, we require a $100 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This holds your date and will be applied toward your total balance.

Remaining balance: due on the day of the party.
Parties are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed until the deposit is received.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Studio minimum booking is 1 hour.

  • Payments must be made prior to rental service. We accept Venmo, Paypal or credit card. 

  • To secure the date, we require a deposit of half the total at time of contract signing. The remaining amount shall be paid on the day of the event. 

  • For long term rentals, monthly payments are required for all dates within the month. 

  • Rental hours include preparation, setup, event and cleanup. Please schedule accordingly. 

  • Cancellations - Please provide a 24 hour notice. If cancellation notice is received less than 24 hours prior, we will retain 50% of the cost of the rental. Please notify us via email, text or call. 

  • Please keep the studio clean and leave no trash behind.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
